Measured Transitions offers both group and individual coaching services. Catherine is certified through the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. The ICF core competencies provide the foundation for the delivery of coaching. Dr. Oleksiw coaches individuals in the workplace and also independently of the place of work.
Coaching may be embedded in an ongoing training program for a group of managers or employees or provided as a stand-alone service. Both group and individual sessions available. Delivery may be face-to-face or on the phone as mutually decided and stipulated in the agreement.
In the work/business setting:

Directly with individual (adults and high school, undergraduate and graduate students):
- Career development and exploration
- Educational goal-setting
- Ongoing Academic progress
Note: If a high school student is seeking coaching, at least parent or guardian is involved in the process of initiating the service, and ideally maintains an active role in periodic meetings that bring together the youth, the parent and Dr. Oleksiw.
